In that case, I believe your usage would be fully compliant with GPLv2,
so there would be no issues there - although I'm not a lawyer ;-).

However, and especially if this is going to be a public website, I would
anyway recommend that you go through the effort of rebranding this somehow.

The reason has nothing to do with GPL, but rather to avoid confusion to
your users/customers between *your own instance* of Mantis, and
*MantisBT itself* (i.e. the software). We freqently - sometimes several
times per week - get issues reported on our own tracker at
http://mantisbt.org/bugs that are in fact related to specific
installations and not to the product itself. FYI, we usually deal with
these by deleting the issue.
