Hello,
there is a new work group "Encoding" in Mapbender, see
http://www.mapbender.org/index.php/Encoding_UTF8/ISO8859-1
As the handling of incoming and outgoing data (in varying encodings) is
still not coherent, I want to help to improve the stability by a more
sophisticated encoding handling.
Everyone is welcome to discuss the issues and help; I hope other people
are more knowledgable in this domain than I am,
