#82: Problems with dynamicOverview and setBackground

my configuration :
WMS Service configured only for dynamicOverview (set
sel_default:on/visbility:hidden in wms_conf)
in combination with module 'setBackground' this WMS is listed with all the
other Background Services in the pull-down menu (this is not what I
wanted), and if once selected it's always and till the end of time on top.
the solution should be not to handle the 'Overview-WMS' as a background-
Service.
