Here's a first draft of a build script

* checks out a given branch
* extracts JS documentation
* commits JS documentation
* compresses JS files via JSMin
* removes SVN metadata
* creates a zip file
I'm a total beginner at bash scripting, so be gentle with criticism.
You need perl and php5 for the command line.
This is beta, but at least a helper for current releases, maybe we can
optimize it for later releases, to make it stable.
