Hello devs,
I added a description how to update a Mapbender 2.4.x to Mapbender
Version 2.5 with some SQL. It is not complete but, I hope it is a
helpfull to migrate existing guis to the new Mapbender Version 2.5 which
is coming up.

Please devs have a look and if you notice that I missed some statements,
please add some SQL for elements which also changed, element_vars which
are new or any other changes.
One thing which is missing is an SQL that deletes the title definition
from the e_attribut column ( f. e. ... title='Zoom'). I think we need
something posix-like to get them out. Any voluteers?
