I still think this is a good idea as an active PSC will better present the
development community and prevent it from resembling a mortuary.
I motion to proceed in the proposed way, please second and vote. This is
not to prevent any discussion - if you have arguments against proceeding
please voice them.
Could you perhaps start the motion under a new topic so we don't mix
up different votings? I'll then happily second your motion...
