I wrapped the feature type values in CDATA-tags. Before, it was
impossible to have f.e. a name containing a '<' character.
Do you think this is acceptable? Should we restrict CDATA-usage to
strings actually containing harmful characters? At the moment, I wrap
all values in CDATA-tags.
