As you might have noticed, I have added the new ticket type "feature
request" to Trac.
People could add new feature requests and browse existing requests, and
discuss details and possibly collaborative funding.
Once a feature has been funded, the ticket type could be switched to
"enhancement". It would be removed from the view and automatically be
listed in the changelog if completed.
This could replace the odd wiki page at
http://www.mapbender.org/Change_Requests
which has failed to attract attention.
Opinions are welcome, maybe we could advertise this at FOSSGIS.
