#415: treeGDE: the declaration of an alternative css-file takes no effect

First I made a copy of the GUI "gui_digitize". Then I wanted to configure
the treeGDE with an alternative css-file. So I started the GUI "admin2_de"
and selected the modul "GUI-Elemente editieren". After clicking "treeGDE"
I changed the path to a different css-file.
Unfortunately this takes no effect. The styles are furthermore read from
the standard-css-file "../css/treeGDE2.css".
