Here's the description of the new feature request

If you want to add a request of your own, go to Trac and login, and
click "New ticket". Then add a short summary and a description, select a
component, and enter "user" in the "assign to" field. You request will
then be sent to the Mapbender user list and stored at Trac. You will
also automatically be informed when the ticket status changes.
