* when you use the Button resizeMapsize to make your map fit to the
browser window. Mapbender resizes mapframe1 but changes the scale.
* it woulde be a nice feature if the scale would stay the same then
before.
The normal usecase is, that you are in a special area in the scale you
prefer and you just want to have a bigger mapframe and you don't want to
change the scale.
