#583: Missing mod_add_SLD breaks use of mb_vendorspecific array

There is a dependency between the module mod_add_SLD.php and the function
setMapRequest in map_obj.js. the modul add_SLD defines an JS variable
"removeLayerAndStylesAffectedWMSTitle" that is used in the getMapRequest
function of map_obj.js. If the module is not activated and you want to use
your own vendor specific options module, then you get a JS error.
