#704: Performance problem with slippy maps

The slippy maps functions does normally a good job - but it has problems
if one of the wms is very slow in comparable to the other. Maybe it waits
for the map request even though another map has been requested in the
meantime. Actually the browsers load go to 100% and thats not so good ;-)
. There must be a trigger to throw away the wait state for the older
requests.
