#741: Resize mapsize partially defect

The resize mapsize module - mod_resize_mapsize.js has a little problem.
When activated and set to auto, the started gui views as and streched map.
This would be, cause the x and y axes get other scale factors. If s.o.
will zomm in by zoombox aftewards, the map will be shoen correct. The
normal zoom doesn't alter the wrong map. Maybe there must be checked, if
the map must be refreshed automaticcaly after the resize mapsize module
has done its job. I think it will not be a big problem to fix this ;-)
