Some of the "new" pictures for buttons have a size of 28x28 pixel
(/img/button_blue_red/).
In the Admin-GUI they are shown in the "old" size 24x24 pixel (as in
/img/button_blink_red/).
It looks better not to scale the pictures in the browser.
Compare the real size of the picture and the content of e_width and
e_height. Make a Warning if it dont match.
