For a WMS with grouped Layers the Layer-Group has the same "Arrow
Down"-icon as a non-grouped-layer.
When a layer '''in''' this group is switched the group-icon changes to a
"Folder"-Icon.
On Group-Level then there are different Icons.
It would be better to see the Folder-Icons for Groups on Load.
May be a "Closed Folder"-Icon (x) - as on WMS-Level - would be usefull,
too.
