#873: changing toolbuttons fires last (doubled) wfs_request

Changing between different select-tools fires wfs_request.
Steps to reproduce (default installation):
load gui_digitize
click "select by rectangle"
select some features (optional add to digitize tab)
click "select by rectangle" again, don't select anything
change tool by clicking "select by point"
=> same wfs_request as before is fired, features are added again.
event to request WFS-Features is bound to unload-function
(mb_disableThisButton)
reproduced in Mapbender 2.6.x and 2.7.x
