this depends wether you use the older style print module or the new one
../plugins/mb_print.php
with the new one you have options to generate your own templates - as
many as you want.
in the template you can put elements in and you have an option to use a
pdf template as a frame wherein the maps are printed.
the configuration are defined as json files.
the copyright statement is normally only a simpel link element. this is
not known to the mapbender print server module. maybe it will be easy to
print this element as an option of the json configuration but it will be
easier to define the copyright hardcoded in the pdf template ;-) .
please test the print module under http://www.geoportal.rlp.de
