#886: Update WMS does not pay attention to http authentification

The "update WMS" functionality does ignore the http authentification.
So to update a password protected service, you can't use it.
See attached patch file for solving this.
It does a bit more like adding the http auth parts to update WMS, it also
warns the user a service is password protected by showing this graphically
and it gives the possibility to reupload a service, e.g. when only the
password changed.
