When OWSPROXY is switched between 'on' and 'off' in
admin_XX_services/OWSPROXY this has no effect for the usage of this WMS in
a cached GUI (mapframe1 has 'loadFromCache'=1).
Workaround:[[BR]]
You have to remove (all) files in /mapbender/cache/-directory before
reloading the GUI.
Solution would be:[[BR]]
After changing WMS/OWSPROXY remove all GUI-Caches which use this WMS.
