3.0.8.6 is also now available to the MS4W (Windows) community directly
through the installer, or as a separate download at:

Of course you can also just run the Mapbender 3.0.8.6 application on the
official MS4W demo server (which is running MS4W version 4.0.4 on a
Windows enterprise server) at: https://ms4w.dev/mapbender/app.php/
