Thanks Mike. That helps a lot. Are there any tutorials that talk about this 
sort of thing? Can you tell me the purpose of the template.xml files that are 
in the wfs-t directory? They have the contents of the WFSGetFeature output, but 
I tried changing them and it didn't seem to affect the output.
