Thanks Cameron.
It was a simple as the WMS URL.
The reason was that the GetCapabilities was located at one URL but the
layers I needed was at another. I had to use the URL, which was specified in
at the layer tag in the GetCapabilities instead. Besides this, I needed to
add the parameter "servicename=wms" in the URL.
If someone want to give it a try (layer extent close to Copenhagen,
Denmark):
