Lagarde, We, have put together a proposal for CS-W support using Mapbuilder. Our hope is that it will be part funded by the OGC's OWS 5 testbed, however my understanding is that we are currently running second. I'm not sure, but suspect first place is being help by a proprietary solution.
I'd be happy to share our proposal with you, especially if you would like to either help us implement it, or help fund it.
