To use an external SLD resource you have to provide a valid address not in the form: http://localhost.....
You're not obliged to use vhost but they are very useful to manage a simple address for your web application in your pc instead of http://localhost/xxxx.... It was only a simple tip, nothing more... For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_host And if you use apache2: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/vhosts/ Luca On 7/16/07, linda773 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > Hi > I got the same problem. > > > use a virtual host instead. > > What do you mean for "virtual host" ? > > Thanks in advance for your interest. > > > > -- > View this message in context: > http://www.nabble.com/Geosever-use-just-default-SLD%2C-not-my-SLD-in-mapbuilder-tf3994560.html#a11610172 > Sent from the MapBuilder Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express > Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take > control of your XML.
