Hi Al, Openlayers has a different way of creating buttons. They use a fixed size div and the button-image is used as background. If your button has a different size then that div they either repeat or show only part of it.
You can either change the button-image size to fit the div or the div size to fit the button-image. The latter is harder since you need to find the code.
