Hi everybody,
I have downloaded a clean copy of mapbuilder 1.0.1 and I am getting the
following error when opening the the ContextEditor demo:
error loading document:
/mapbuilder/proxy?url=http%3A//devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/owscat%3Fversion%3D1.0.0%26service%3DWFS%26request%3DGetCapabilities
...
<serviceException>
<message>Connection timed out:connect</message>
</serviceException>
I have checked the following things:
- the url
http://devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/owscat?version=1.0.0&service=WFS&request=GetCapabilities
<http://devgeo.cciw.ca/cgi-bin/mapserv/owscat?version=1.0.0&service=WFS&request=GetCapabilities>
is reachable directly from the browser
- the mapbuilder war file has been deployed under Tomcat 5.0 in a directory
called "mapbuilder"
- since it didn't work with the initial configuration, I tried adding the line
<proxyUrl>../../proxy</proxyUrl> to the
/mapbuilder/demo/contextEditor/contextEditor.xml, with the same result (instead
of /mapbuilder/proxy?url... the error displays ../../proxy?url...).
Does somebody know what am I doing wrong?
