Hi,

MapBuilder 1.5rc1 did not support on-the-fly reprojection in the 
WfsGetFeature widget yet. If you want to use that, download the current 
trunk version (or wait for 1.5rc2, which will be released in a month or 
so) and specify a <webServiceSrs> property in your config.xml. This 
webServiceSrs would be EPSG:23030 in your case.
