I think it's a bug but you can solve it placing a point in the
gml:coordinates element.
For example:
<gml:coordinates decimal="." cs="," ts=" ">672047.3908653846
5138413.961057693</gml:coordinates>

I forgot to notify this difference from rc1 to rc2 to mapbuilder
developers.
