Hi Toan,
I haven't played with EditPolygen yet but I guess it relies on
OpenLayers. A good place to start with is
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/modify-feature.html which demonstrate
how to create and modify polygons. You'll have to use the "view source"
feature of your browser to see the code.
