0) Let me quote openstreetinfo.mapcss:

way[landuse=forest], way[landuse=wood]

I don't really think that [landuse=forest|wood] syntax is required.
1) you can't match tags with pipe char in value using that,
2) all tricky syntax proposals make writing parsers hell for
newcomers. We want world domination for mapcss don't we? ;)
