I fear not, JOSM misses functions to extend lists. In fact I recently

I'm aware, that the list support in JOSM is quite rudimentary. It
shouldn't be too hard, to add additional functions - this simply hasn't
been requested so far.
I like your proposal page, we can take this for reference.
