It appears that your repository is corrupt. Have you: - Started mgserver.exe from the command line to see if it's just timing out when trying to clean up?
- Followed some of the instructions that have been posted in the past for cleaning up the repository, such as: <http://www.nabble.com/Solution-for-MGServer.exe-hanging-on-Service-Star t--tf3753394s16610.html#a10610610> It's pretty difficult to figure out what's wrong with your data remotely, and the fact that you're running an older version of MapGuide makes it unlikely that the developers will be willing to spend a lot of time trying to track down the problem.
