there is no schema at this point. We will actually be changing the
WebLayout to be a new resource type in MapGuide - likely
ApplicationDefinition - and there will be a full schema to support it
then.

of how to effectively integrate this technology into MapGuide Open
Source and to seek the approval of the MapGuide Open Source project
steering committee to go ahead with the integration.
