The only way I can get MapGuide OS 1.2.0 RC2 to return data on a
GetFeatureInfo request is if the layer includes at least one Style scale
range that has a max of Infinity. If the max scale range is anything less
than that GetFeatureInfo does not return data for that layer, no matter
closely the map is zoomed in.
