i don't know what the reason is but i see this problme in 2 things.
1. when i use MG aplication (sa is say ex. add doc file to parcels)
BUT
2. on my mg isntall folder i use another cms aplication (who use this
PHP and Apache install)...and after install new MG 1.2 i have error whit
send file to....so i thin it is error in some dll whit apache....
i have tested it many times and always after send file to server (PHP
POST header) i get this error...some function in MG get error ex. can't
get xml of selected parcels.

The strange thing is it works some times, but not most of the time.
I've tried the Anonymous user as well and get the same results.
