I am using the Websoft fmTilingEngine 1.2 and I am having trouble tiling
a specific zoom scale. I have a zoom scale of 5087.39562 that is the
third zoom scale from the lowest. I expected files to be created in the
S2 group but when I run with the tiling engine with '-scale 5087' the
tiles are created in S0. They also appear to be tiles from the lowest
zoom level (S0).
Any suggestions?
