Sorry Traian but I think you are wrong. The legend's text is reversed only when
using the GETMAPLEGENDIMAGE, but when plotting the same map using
GeneratePlot function the Hebrew text is fine.

I'm using the function - OutputReaderContent(Response, byteReader), from
utilityfunctions.aspx
