I don't know what is the "measure" for criticality, but for example, bug I
submitted to trac really is critical for me, since I can't use any map with
base layers and tiling (mostly, aerial photography):

I can get away with "for IE only" since this bug doesn't show up in IE (only
in Firefox), but I don't think this is the right solution.
