I ended up withing a VBA macro in Land that converted my station labels to a text file (with text rotation, northing, easting, station#) and then made a shape file out of that. Ya, it would be great it MapGuide could read LandXML!

It would be nice if MapGuide would read LandXML

Subject: [mapguide-users] Autodesk Alignment labelling....

I'm wondering if anyone here has figured out a great way to label an alignment exported from Autodesk Land Desktop / Civil 3D yet? Getting the line is no problem - I can export it as a line shape file.....but how to label it with the stations is tricky. I'm guessing that I'll have to generate points and make that be my label layer....but even doing that is tricky. Anyone done this yet?
