Ok, first it was my MrSid files that I couldn't get to work (still
can't).....so I decided to try to convert them to ECW's, only to find
the same problem. I'm obviously doing something fundamentally wrong
here...I've followed all the steps on the wiki. What am I missing?? Can
someone give me a step by step guide here? I'm totally stumped. I can't
make any new raster layers what so ever now, be it jpg, tiff, sid,
ecw....my old non-sid layers work, but nothing new.... Andrew --
