I have the WKT below which is nearly what I'm after however I need to rotate
it about the center by 59.4567 degrees ..... how is this possible or am I
using the wrong WKT ?... I keep getting incorrect results or even errors
when using azimuth parameter, the other param was recitified angle i think
but it gave me errors.... any ideas?
Or am I using the wrong projection?
