You can set security settings on all resources in MapGuide.
If you have Autodesk MapGuide Studio, you can right click the layout and
specify which users can access it.
If you do not have MapGuide Studio, you can edit the headers for the
WebLayouts manually.

At this time, Usernames A & B can both access either layouts C & D. Has
anyone come across a solution? I think there has to be something as I see
this as a critical issue with layout security...
