No this happens almost every install so thank you. I have solved many of
these with php.ini save_path tweaks and the same concept of write access.
There is another issue with PHP at times not reading the right php.ini file.
It was a registry tweak. Anyone have that tweak... I seemed to misplace it
like an idiot.
