I used the following code on an InvokeScript button from MapGuide Studio to
hide/show the task pane.
if (document.all.tags("Frameset").item(1).cols == '*,0')
javascript:document.all.tags("Frameset").item(1).cols = '*,280';
else
javascript:document.all.tags("Frameset").item(1).cols = '*,0';
Hopefully this is what you were looking for.
