The layerdefinition that you reference in the runtime map must also be
accesible.
Did you forget to save either featuresource or layerdefinition ?

- Your session expired, and as a result your session resources are lost.
- Your feature source id is not a valid feature source id. But I think MG
should be able to detect invalid resource id strings.
