I read through the whole thread. I do not have a HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP in my regsistry. I do not have an eviron called PHPRC. I get the same error message at line 70 of login.php. Before I go building php_MapGuideApiEnvConfig.dll, is there a way to make sure that php is completely/correctly installed?
