For the packages, I think it has been discussed on the MapGuide_Internals 
mailing list (see at http://www.nabble.com/MGOS-Live-CD-to18946620.html and 
http://www.nabble.com/MGOS-Live-CD-to18959623.html#a18959623.

For the King Oracle provider, no, it's not inside the LiveCD.
But you could add it (at each run time) in /usr/local/fdo-3.3.0/lib, and modify 
the file providers.xml in the same directory.

possibility to have Ubuntu/Debian .deb packages for download?

Also, does this MGOS version includes King.Oracle FDO provider?
