Hi, I was not able to reproduce problem with my builds of MapGuide 2.0.1 and King.Oracle, at least not yet.
However, I was able to reproduce memory problem with standard installation files from MG 2.0.1 and King.Oracle binaries from our web site and Oracle instant client 10.2.0.3. Also I noticed that layer is rendered very very slowly. I tried with Fdo2Fdo to read same data from Oracle (and schema creation) and it looks to me as fast as it is supposed to be. Also I can't see any memory issues. If you can test your data and memory issues with Fdo2Fdo that could help. I will look more into this.
