I can answer part 6 of your question... i'm guessing it's the same though i've never used Maestro
To set up a query, you need to have the data loaded into mapguide. To find the address your best bet is to have an address field calculated in the cadastral layer, or a points layer (hopefully your area isn't too large, or you might be better off setting a query just to search street name. The details for the address will need to be all in one field e.g. "34 Sommes Ave Katoomba" because mapguide can't query multiple fields at once (not last i checked anyway). To set up a query create a custom command > Search Then you can tell MG which layer to search in and pass the search through the filter: Address LIKE '$USER_VARIABLE%' You can also define fields that will show up in the results e.g. Lot/DP and Address etc. Then you need to add the new command that you created to the toolbar in your viewer.
